October

I don't think any October Blog Post would be complete without pictures from a pumpkin patch. My mom and Grandma watched my nephews while Brian and April went on a trip to Italy. Are you jealous??? I am. (Clarification: I'm jealous of the Italy goers.)
I drove down with my boys so they all could play and so I could get some quality aunt time in. Isaac and Grant crack me up. They're so stinkin' fun and cute. Grandma, Mom and I had grand ideas of getting all four boys to stand behind the pumpkin picture at the same time. What is it about us that makes our kids stop having fun to take pictures to prove they were having fun? Our plans didn't quite come to fruition. Luckily the boys had a great time even though our documentation doesn't prove it. Poor little Isaac...I just want to hug him.
I ran the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure with my friend Laura (left) and cousin Janie (right). I love that race! Have I ever mentioned that I like running??
This past summer was BRUTALLY hot which has made the beautiful October weather all the more enjoyable. We have a fun neighborhood park that the boys love.
Do you like how Mikey looks like he's rapping in this picture? "Sup dogg!"
Tyler is pondering the big questions of life.
We spent the last week of October in Utah visiting Garrett, Christina, Lily and Boston.
Our kids got along really well. I loved watching them play...especially Lily and Tyler.
Boston is the cutest, most squeezable baby ever.
Garrett and Christina win the family of the year award. The last day we were there Christina had to take me to Urgent Care because I got a kidney stone. I'll spare you the nasty details but Christina spent her Friday taking care of a screaming, puking, crying sister in law as well as our four kiddos. Garrett came home early from work to help out. I really do have the best family. Thanks guys!!
Uncle Garrett was super cool and carved pumpkins with Tyler and Lily. As you can see, we were worried about them getting their clothes messy.
This is a blackmail picture for the future. :) Seriously? Have you ever seen a cuter pair of babies?
Happy Halloween!!
Here's my football family.
Daddy-Coach
Mikey-Football
Tyler-Football Player
He loved getting his "black on'd." (Ty ends most words with a "d" sound.) My mom called earlier in the day and talked to Tyler about Halloween. Mom: "Tyler what are you going to be for Halloween?" Tyler: "A football team." That's right, Tyler isn't content to be just one player...he's the entire team.
Touchdown!!
Mikey was a tough little football. That kid loves attention from Tyler...even if it means getting roughed up a bit. My boys make me so happy!

That's the first and BEST football costume I've seen! It looks like Mikey and Tyler are ready for a touch down as long as Tyler doesn't spike him inthe end zone!
