Run with Santa

For the past two years we've enjoyed the Santa Run at Tom's work.  It was especially fun this year because Tyler knew what to expect and Mikey was old enough to run himself.

 

 We were shocked at Mikey's amazing amount of energy.  He ran almost the entire mile. 

He was a machine.  One of the things I love most about Mikey is how he is constantly smiling.  Even when he's hurt or tired, Mikey always snaps out of it and goes back to his normal happy self.

 This is sassy pants Tyler yelling at me because he didn't want a picture.  My little man is so stinking cute.  He had been sick the week before so his energy level wasn't at normal Tyler intensity.  However, his competitiveness was full swing.  He'd stop to walk until someone passed him then he'd run to pass them.  We could tell he was exhausted, but he would not give up.  

 I love that we have  the opportunity to do so many fun things because of Tom's work.
