Happy Thanksgiving!

I love Thanksgiving! In fact, I think I can honestly say that I've never had a bad Thanksgiving day. My mom is an amazing cook so I started out on a good note. When I was a little kid, I loved that we got to eat whatever we wanted and that we didn't have to eat what we didn't want. This was a bigger deal for my brother Brian who was a picky eater. I think his Thanksgiving dinner consisted of rolls and pie; luckily he's learned to appreciate a wider variety of foods. When I was in college, I loved getting the chance to see my parents. We spent a few Thanksgivings in Colorado at Aunt Katie's house and had tons of fun playing in the snow and enjoying their amazing cooking skills. After I graduated from college, my brothers and I, along with our friends, would combine forces and have a big meal of our own. For the past four years, I've spent Thanksgiving with Tom which is the best. After the first Thanksgiving we spent together I remember thinking, "Holy Cow, I think we're really going to get married." Now I get a double bonus because I have Tom and Tyler. This year I'm grateful for many things. I think being healthy and having a healthy husband and baby tops the list. I'm also thankful that we live in Oklahoma close to my parents; I love that it's so easy for us to hang out now. As always, I'm thankful for my family. I have to brag a little and say that I have the absolute coolest in laws anyone could ever imagine. Both my parents in law and brothers and sisters in law are the greatest people you'll ever meet. I'm really, really thankful for my nieces and nephew. I would put pictures up but then you might feel badly that yours aren't as cute and clever as mine. :) I'm grateful for the Lord and how he has taken care of my family...especially this year. We've been on the receiving end of miracle upon miracle. Thanks to all of you who love and support my family and me! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! I loved this great video! Check it out!! Maybe next year I'll be able to say, "I'm grateful that I can successfully download a YouTube video to my blog." :)
