I ran my first post Mikey 5K on Saturday. It felt amazing to be back...even though I was sore for the rest of the day...and the next one too. I placed 2nd in my age division which made me feel cool. Truth be told, there was a 10 and 20K that day too so all of the fast runners weren't in the 5K, but it still felt cool to come home with a heart shaped metal.

Back in the Game
