In case you were worried, Sweet Tyler has decided to return to us. We still have a few moments each day but all in all things are a lot better. We've cut back on fits, temper tantrums, crying and more importantly most physical harm to Mike. Hooray!
Tyler cracks us up every day. He's so funny. Today Tom was giving me a hug while Tyler was eating breakfast and Ty yelled, "
Daddy, Don't squish Mommy!" He always wants to hold Mike and has started saying, "
Mommy, he's so cute!" He also calls him "
Mikey Boy." I love it.
The other day my dad was over and Tyler was being super ornery. They were in Tyler's room playing and my dad said something like, "
Okay, if you don't want to play I'm going into the front room." Tyler yelled, "
That's MY front room Grandpa." What a punk. :)
As you can tell, Mike is not totally convinced that he's safe with Tyler.
I'm excited because Mikey has started smiling and it melts my heart each time. You totally have to work for it with a lot of ooing and cooing but it's worth it. I love that the top part of his lip stays kinda flat when he smiles.
Aren't I lucky to have the two cutest little boys ever?!
We were listening to music while eating the other day and Tyler started dancing. His face cracks me up. I hope you enjoy the chewed apple spit at the very end...it's a new dance move.

my kids have officially watched this video about 25 times...thanks for providing entertainment while I wrote up a grocery list! (oh, and my tyler can't believe you're playing country music for him.....)
