As some of you may have witnessed, up until a few weeks ago Tyler would completely
freak out when I held...or even got close to...another kid or baby. Furthermore, he couldn't have cared less about babies in general. For obvious reasons this has been a big concern. Luckily, something clicked and he now loves babies and wants to be around them. More importantly, he's totally fine when I'm around them.
There are two events that I'm attributing to our break through: the births of his cousin, Grant and his second cousin, Averi. Bekah has been a really good sport about letting Tyler "hold" Averi.

Right here he's trying to be really "soft" and nice by patting her head. (For good reason, she looks a little concerned.) Good thing her Mommy is there to make sure all is well.

Here Tyler is "rocking" her. I love it because after he spends time with her, he spends the rest of the day talking about rocking Baby Averi. Thanks for helping us Bekah!!
Another break through is that he always tells me that he's going to share his cars or "ruggy ball" with Ellie when I tell him they are coming over.
All is not lost, Baby Robins #2 might not be as traumatizing as we expected.
