It's Been Too Long

Boo!! It's been too long since I've last posted so now you are going to miss out on some really interesting things that have happened as of late. (I'm sure, you're really disappointed!) The past month has been super busy and crazy because we're MOVING! I know, it's a surprise to us too....kind of. Tom accepted a job at Chesapeake, an energy company in Oklahoma City. We're sad to leave the Tulsa area but excited about our new adventure. I'm super proud of Tom. He's going to be the manager of their Political Action Committee; it fits him perfectly. Because of our upcoming move, I've spent every bit of free time organizing, packing, etc. Today was Tom's last day at Williams and we're heading to OKC next week. Like I said, CRAZY! We're praying that our house will sell quickly so we can find something permanent in our new town. In other news, Uncle Mike came to visit last week for Tom and his 31 birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I don't think it was much of a vacation for Mike because we made him help us with house stuff the entire time. Tyler is completely obsessed with "Big Mike" and doesn't give him a moment's peace. Luckily Mike is patient, fun and cool. As you can see, he introduced Tyler to the "Chicago Dog." Ever since, Tyler has been saying, "I love hot dogs. I want a hot dog Mommy!" Thanks a lot Uncle Mike.

Happy Birthday Tom and Mike!!

The best news is that Baby Mike is eating more and gaining weight. He no longer fits into newborn clothing or looks emaciated. He's been "talking" and laughing a ton lately. The phrase "Bundle of Joy" fits Mikey perfectly.

All in all, life is really good. Hopefully I can do a better job documenting it.
