Happy Birthday Dad/Grandpa!!

My dad's birthday was on Friday but we celebrated with everyone yesterday. We had tons of fun. Mom bought all the stuff for a great BBQ. Bekah, Jim, Ellie, Heidi, Todd, Connor, Ashley and Ethan came to join the celebration. My dad is such an awesome person. He's always available for a great heart to heart chat or game of backgammon (whatever the situation warrants). He has always been a great example to my brothers and me and is now a great example to my new little family. Tyler is completely obsessed with him and will do anything possible to be around him. It's wonderful to have such a wonderful dad. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Mmmmm....Thanks for bringing all the food Mom!!

How many candles should there be Dad????Tyler had tons of fun following Connor (who just finished kindergarten or is it first...I can't remember) around. He thought everything Connor said and did was the coolest, most funny thing in the world. Tom and I were cracking up the whole time.

This was Tyler's favorite. Connor would throw the big ball up in the air and then fall down.

(I'm sure you can agree, it is pretty funny!!) Can you tell that Ty is bent over hysterically laughing?

We were especially happy that the Roberts came to celebrate with us because on Wednesday they're moving to Philadelphia for Todd to begin a residency. Heidi has always been a great friend and we'll totally miss her and her family. Good luck guys!!!
