Minivan Mama

Before Tom and I started dating I drove a Jeep Wrangle. To say the least, it was really fun. Little J (that's what I named her) and I would go off roading all the time. When we got engaged (Tom and me not Little J), I reluctantly decided that it was time to be a little more grown up and bought my mom's Chevy Impala, not as cool as the Jeep but still okay. Because we no longer live in a city with public transportation, we decided that it was time to purchase a second car. As you can see, I've now fully entered the world of suburbia. Awesome!

what a sweet ride. being a mom is the coolest. I knew I was a real grown up when I was actually excited to get our van. Man, how life changes.

OK, LaNell's comment totally had me laughing. I am still trying to stall the minivan eventuality, but I know it's coming :) They're just so much more easier as a mom as I'm sure you're fully aware at this point :)

Congrats!

You're one of many to join the minivan club! I think 90% of my friends are members! Take that van on a long drive and come see me!

Mom and I are in La Salle and we are leaving her first comment on a blog. So its your first time with a minni van and its mom's first time jumping on a blog. We all must accept the future and not hide even if it means being a grandma blogger or a minni van mama

Wow! A mini-van! I would have never thought :) Someday maybe I'll join the mini-van world -- give me like 10 years or so!
