This morning Tom and I ran the Jenks Aquarium 5K and Half Marathon. Our friend Ann (who made the sign) watched Tyler while we ran. We both had a really good time and enjoyed the post race BBQ. Nothing like crossing the finish line and pounding a hamburger. I'm really proud of Tom for giving running a try!

Ok I hate running, but I want to like it. After this baby I am going to need you to give me some training tips. Tyler is getting so big and so cute. Are you coming out anytime soon? I hate that I missed you last time!
Wow!!! tHat is so impressive that you got Tom to run. Oklahoma must be good for you guys. Good job for running a Half. You look great!!! I"m going to have to put off running for another 9 months, but next year I will totally run another half in Latvia.
