Ice Ice Baby

Here in Oklahoma we're all about the ice. None of the build a snowman, make a snow angel, fluffy stuff. The weather gets super cold, it sleets for a few hours and then everything freezes over. While it provides for pretty fast sledding (on a sled or in your car), snow ball or should I say ice ball fights are more than a little dangerous. To some this may seem sad, but to me it's perfect. When I was a kid it meant at least one day off of school and now it means Tom can't go to work. It's great, you wake up in the morning expecting a normal day and all of the sudden you have an unexpected vacation. This week Tom "worked from home" for two days. The coolest thing is that the freezing temperature doesn't last too long. The word is that it's going to be in the 60s tomorrow. You gotta love Oklahoma!
